Processing Time:
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment and perfect artwork.
- Please note: If the artwork submitted is imperfect or requires adjustments, or if additional customizations are requested, the turnaround time may be extended. We will communicate any delays and provide an updated shipping timeline as needed.
Shipping Methods:
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after the order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- For international shipping, please contact us at hello@printdtf4me.com for availability and shipping rates.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations. Please contact the courier for assistance with delayed packages.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@printdtf4me.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses:
We gladly ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods. However, expedited shipping may not be available for these locations.
