File Submission and Artwork

1. Are all files printed exactly as submitted?
Yes, all files are printed "as is." It is crucial to verify that your files are correct before completing your purchase. Once your order is placed, we will print the files exactly as they were submitted, without any adjustments or edits.

2. What happens if my artwork includes glow or smoke effects?
Please do not include glow or smoke effects in your designs, as these effects will be covered with white ink during the printing process. This will render the effects invisible, and they will not appear as intended on the final print.

3. What are the requirements for gang sheets?
Your file must be a gang sheet with a width of 22 inches and the desired length. Any variations in the size of the gang sheet provided versus what has been purchased will result in additional charges. These charges must be settled before your Turn Around Time (TAT) will begin.

4. What resolution should my images be?
All images should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) with a transparent background. Designs that are not 300 DPI at the intended print size may result in blurry, pixelated, or distorted prints. We do not resize your images, so they will be printed in the exact size you have provided on your gang sheet.

5. Should I mirror my images before submitting them?
No, you do not need to mirror your images for DTF printing. Please submit your files in their original orientation.

6. What if my file does not have a transparent background?
If your file does not have a transparent background, your order will be placed on hold until you provide the corrected files. Your Turn Around Time (TAT) will only begin once we have received and confirmed the corrected files via email.

7. Do I need to confirm my artwork before printing?
Yes, by clicking the confirmation box during the order process, you are confirming that you have reviewed your artwork and that it meets our submission requirements. You are also confirming that you have the legal rights to print the designs. We take no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement.

8. What should I do if I need to make changes after submitting my order?
Once your order is placed and artwork is approved, we begin the production process. If changes are needed after submission, please contact us immediately. However, be aware that changes may not be possible if production has already started.

9. What if my artwork needs adjustments or customizations?
Any required adjustments or customizations should be made before submitting your order. If your artwork is not perfect or needs additional customizations, this may extend the turnaround time for your order. We will communicate any necessary delays and provide an updated timeline.

10. What are the consequences of submitting low-resolution images?
Submitting images that are not 300 DPI at the intended print size can result in poor-quality prints that may appear blurry, pixelated, or distorted. It is important to ensure that all files meet the 300 DPI requirement to achieve the best possible print quality.


Shipping

11. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment and perfect artwork. If your artwork requires adjustments or customizations, this may extend the turnaround time. We will notify you of any delays.

12. What shipping methods are available?
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after the order has been shipped.

13. How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

14. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us at hello@printdtf4me.com for availability and shipping rates.

15. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

16. What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@printdtf4me.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

17. Do you ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we gladly ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods. However, expedited shipping may not be available for these locations.


Returns and Refunds

18. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are final once production begins.

19. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@printdtf4me.com with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
