At Print DTF4me, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products tailored to your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Please review the details below:

Custom Orders:

  • All orders placed with Print DTF4me are custom-made based on the artwork and specifications provided by you. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed and production has begun.

Order Accuracy:

  • We encourage you to carefully review all details of your order, including artwork, colors, dimensions, and other specifications, before finalizing your purchase. Any errors or discrepancies should be communicated to us immediately before production begins.

Artwork Approval:

  • We require that all artwork be approved before production. Once you have approved the artwork, no further changes can be made, and the order will proceed as is. Any imperfections or errors in the approved artwork will be reflected in the final product, and no refunds or returns will be accepted based on these factors.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@printdtf4me.com with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues:

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
